Welcome! I provide virtual Christian counseling for women and couples who desire a safe, supportive space to address life’s challenges while integrating their faith. Many women seek counseling when navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm. My goal is to provide compassionate support while helping clients develop healthier thought patterns, emotional resilience, and greater clarity moving forward. In addition to individual counseling for women, I also work with couples who want to strengthen their relationship or prepare for marriage. I provide premarital and marriage counseling focused on improving communication, resolving conflict, and building a strong foundation for a healthy relationship. I am a certified facilitator for the Prepare/Enrich Assessment, a widely used relationship assessment designed to help couples better understand their strengths and areas for growth. This tool is often incorporated into premarital counseling to support couples as they prepare for a lifelong partnership. I am also a Certified Financial Social Worker, which allows me to help clients explore the emotional and relational aspects of financial stress, money beliefs, and financial communication within relationships. Beyond my counseling work, I am the host of the Wife in Christ Podcast, where I discuss topics related to biblical femininity, marriage, emotional growth, and faith-centered living. Wife in Christ Podcast is available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts, with new episodes every Tuesday. In addition to counseling services, I offer Christian life coaching for women seeking personal development, clarity, and growth in areas such as identity, purpose, boundaries, and emotional wellness. All services are currently offered through secure virtual sessions.
